In England every property let or holiday let needs a Electrical Installation Condition Report prior to first occupation and every 5 years thereafter. Although pat testing is not a legal requirement, it can ensure all appliances are safe for use, keeping your occupants safe.
GAS SAFETY CERTIFICATE
In England, every let property requires an annual gas safety inspection and valid certificate prior to being let.
This includes all gas appliances and not just your boiler. Through our trusted partners we have gas safe engineers ready to get your certification on track, they can even service the appliance and keep a schedule for you so you don't have to worry.
